    Neighborhood-level scores (yield, growth, hype, safety, political stability) are refreshed quarterly from a blend of local listing portals, IMF / World Bank / OECD national stats, climate models, and on-the-ground field surveys. The AI verdict is generated fresh per analysis using current Sonnet 4.6 — never cached. Listing-level numbers come from your input (we don't scrape).
    How accurate is the AI verdict — does it hallucinate?
    Every numerical claim in the verdict cites its source field, so you can verify against the underlying data inline. We run a compliance gate that rewrites verdicts containing forbidden advice phrases ("buy", "recommend", etc.) and a hallucination guard that validates any neighborhood the AI references against our 80-hood catalog. If the AI returns a phantom hood, the system degrades gracefully — no broken deep-links. Sonnet's prompt-following on bundle selection is 100% across our 12 production tests so far.
    Which countries are covered?
    Neighborhood-level scoring covers 141 countries (11,180 neighborhoods).
